SUMMARY:International Vascular Cork Course 2025
DESCRIPTION:Cork\, Ireland | 6-7 Nov 2025 \nThe International Vascular Cork Course 2025 is brought to you by UCC/College of Medicine & Health. It will be held in the ASSERT Centre. \n\n\nParticipants will gain hands-on experience with one full day of open surgical dissection and reconstruction procedures on cadavers in our state-of-the-art surgical skills laboratory. The simulated operating rooms feature integrated audio-visual facilities to allow for real time and post-procedure feedback from expert faculty. \nThe second day will comprise of two modules (i) bench-based large and small vessel anastomosis skills\, and (ii) Vascular Ultrasound where delegates will have the opportunity to scan peripheral veins\, the aorta and the carotid artery on an actor patient and there will be 1-to-1 supervision/direction by Vascular Physiologists. \nWe will limit the numbers so that there will be a maximum of 2 participants per cadaver\, with one-to-one tuition from the expert Faculty. \n\nThe IVC team has kindly offered ESVS and EVST members a €200 discount on registration fees (€1350 instead of €1550).
