DESCRIPTION:EVST invites you to the Aemilia Hotel in Bologna for a special Hands-on Workshop. \n13-14 May 2022 \nJoin: Stefano Ancetti (Italy) Bahaa Arefai (Spain) Enrico Cieri (Italy) Liliana Fidalgo Domingos (Portugal) Enrico Gallitto (Italy) Mauro Gargiulo (Italy) Zoran Rancic (Serbia) Petar Zlatanovic (Serbia) \nObjectives \n\nProvide fundamental knowledge on standard EVAR to trainees going through proximal and distal landing zone evaluation and endograft choice based on anatomical characteristics\nProvide information on each of the most used endograft available on market\nExposure to repeated planning and implant simulations of standard EVAR mentored by renowned European experts in their field\n\nTarget audience: The workshop will be most useful for trainees in the middle part of their training but trainees just starting or finishing their training are are welcome to apply. \nRegistration : Registration is now closed\, as of March 25th. This event\, including reasonable travel expenses\, accommodation\, course materials and all meals\, is offered free of charge. \nThere are just 14 places that are available for EVST members only and as such\, an application procedure will determine which people will benefit the most from the sessions. Your stage of training\, experience with EVAR\, personal motivation\, plan for application of applied knowledge and accessibility to EVAR simulation opportunities will be critical in persuading the review team. As a minimum for your application\, this needs to be evidenced by your CV\, letter of motivation and recommendation letter from the Chief of the department. If selected\, we ask that you secure your place with a €200 deposit that will be returned once you have attended the event. An active EVST registration and Valid Covid Pass are required to apply and take part in the event. \nAccreditation: MedTech accreditation is being requested for this session. \nPhotos: Participants should be aware that photos will be taken during the sessions and may be used by the ESVS in our publicity. \nCancellation policy: We encourage you to let us know as early as possible\, to free up a place for someone else. For cancellations received more than 10 days before the event\, the deposit will be refunded\, less an administration fee of 10 EUR.
