The ESVS Academy proudly revisits the Planning and Sizing series - EVAR: Abdominal Aorta (elective and emergent)  Session 1 : Planning and sizing elective EVAR               23rd March (18:00-20:00) Session 2 : Planning and sizing emergent EVAR             30th March (18:00-20:00) This 2-part series  is designed to provide gradually more and more advanced knowledge in the field of planning and sizing.  Participants will learn about the pathology of abdominal aorta, important features, diagnosis, planning and sizing. We are pleased to announce a new course!  Join: Miss Francesca Fratesi, Mr Dave Bosanquet (UK) and Dr Maria Cristina Sorella (Italy) and Dr. Steve Young (UK) Objective: Pain management is one of the most difficult aspects on the care of the patient affected by PAD. A good assessment and treatment of pain is one of the most effective parts of the treatement both in preparation and for the postoperative care. It affects all patients with PAD at different level of severity so it is to be considered endemic. Focusing on its causes and medications and treatment available will improve the patient experience and their compliance to other aspect of their care. Two weeks before the course, participants will have access to the online module that includes a full-length recording of the lectures.
