WE APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE Objective A multidisciplinary approach to discussing the optimal and evidence-based management of secondary prevention of PAD. After this workshop, you will be able to: Describe the epidemiology and disease burden of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) Compare and describe the pharmacology of anti-aggregants, anticoagulants and statins used for the treatment and prevention of PAD Incorporate the current evidence-based guidelines into clinical practice Participants’ qualifications The course is designed for vascular surgeons and vascular surgeons in training. Vascular Specialist Nurses with Prescribing roles could also attend. Registration fee & cancellation policy € 25 for ESVS members and € 30 for non-members. Please note that the course is dependent on final registration numbers. Where registration numbers are too low to run the course, this will be announced on the website no later than 48 hours before the course starts.
