Presenting the next workshop in the Academy Venous Pathway As deep and pelvic veins disorders are not commonly treated, there is need to show the possibilities of therapeutical options in this field. The course is designed to give the participants wider knowledge useful in their daily practice. During this workshop, upon presented cases, participants will discuss with the experienced convenors about the various factors influencing the outcomes of a deep venous stenting procedure and venous embolization and also the indications for these interventions, various techniques of the procedures (stents, balloons,coils, fluids, foam). Preparing for the FEBVS Exam? This Pathways module is for you  - December 9th 2021. FEBVS Exam Preparation (Aortic) The overarching objective of the FEBVS exam prep course on the ESVS Pathways Project is to prepare candidates for some of the different parts of the FEBVS examination. This part of the course prepares candidates for the viva voce section of the examination. On completion of this section of the course, as well as well as assimilating knowledge of aortic and mesenteric conditions, candidates will have a high level of understanding of how to approach answering clinical oral exam questions in an ordered, organised and logical way. Join Mr. David Lewis and his expert colleagues online for small group viva voce exam practice, covering FEBVS curriculum topics on aortic and mesenteric disease, pathology, investigation and treatment. PAD Pathways : Endovascular treatment of below the knee pathology – tips and tricks

The first ESVS Academy session of 2022 20th January (18:00-20:00)   This workshop will provide information about advanced tips and tricks when performing endovascular procedures on arteries below the knee. Convenors will describe indications for revascularisation and optimal patient selection, techniques step by step from the approach to the treatment. Importantly, the limited number of attendees will allow for an interactive session, to discuss clinical cases between the speakers and the audience. Yann GOUËFFIC and Alessandro COSTANZO look forward to seeing you.     Intended audience: The course is designed for physicians that already performing endovascular interventions on peripheral arteries on femoro popliteal segment and would like to expand their field of treatment or for those that are already performing interventions below the knee and are seeking for tips.
