Presenting the next workshop in the Academy Venous Pathway As deep and pelvic veins disorders are not commonly treated, there is need to show the possibilities of therapeutical options in this field. The course is designed to give the participants wider knowledge useful in their daily practice. During this workshop, upon presented cases, participants will discuss with the experienced convenors about the various factors influencing the outcomes of a deep venous stenting procedure and venous embolization and also the indications for these interventions, various techniques of the procedures (stents, balloons,coils, fluids, foam). Aspects such as decision-making and planning, intra-operative imaging, device-technologies and the procedural steps will be looked at.
