Following the fantastic digital LIVE hands-on workshop experience earlier this year, EVC are now heading for their 25th conventional EVC training event. However, the COVID-19 pandemic is still very active, causing an excessive burden on the society and in particular the medical health systems. It is to be expected that the situation will last for a couple of months and that restrictions will dictate our daily activities. EVC-ECC has therefore been moved to June 12-14, 2022. The scientific programme will consist of invited lectures on arterial, venous, vascular access and cardiovascular topics. The practical programme will contain more than 250 workshops on surgical anatomy, diagnostics, medical management, decision-making, simulation, team training, open and endovascular techniques and scientific writing. Like previous years, the UEMS Section and Board of Vascular Surgery organises the European Examinations for vascular surgery at EVC, one day before the start of the meeting (Saturday, June 11, 2022). Candidates can register at www.uemsvascular.com. EVC are thrilled to welcome you to Maastricht and offer a magnificent training event. They are looking forward to celebrate the 25th EVC and 5th ECC anniversaries with you and many participants from all over the world!
